MEET THE CEO & FOUNDER

Latrice J  was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. A first-generation college student and a product of the Los Angeles and California Public School and University systems, she earned her BA in Administrative Studies from UC Riverside, a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration from CSU Long Beach and a Masters Degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. 

Latrice J is a purpose driven servant leader.  She posses more than 25 years experience in the fields of leadership, management, strategic planning, administration, contract administration and has worked in the non-profit and public sectors. 

As an EMPOWERMENT coach and  motivational speaker, Latrice J is well versed in the needs, barriers, challenges and opportunities of women in leadership but also having served in the field, she possesses more than 15 years of experience in college preparation, access, retention and success.  

Latrice J is the mother of two, Lauryn, a Labor and Delivery RN &  graduate of the UCLA School of Nursing, and Jared, a high school football player, BoyScout and youth leader. In addition to her full-time career in County government and role as a mother, Latrice J is an author, mentor, advisor, connector and motivational speaker
